Message

Good evening everyone, I hope your 4th of July weekend treated you
well. For Julie and I, we were at MJ'S ACRES. We had my boys Patrick,
Kirk, my sister Alisha, and my dad Merle Fitch Sr. We did some much-
needed yard work, and then we all enjoyed some relaxation time, great
food, drinks, raging fires (well good fires), and some wonderful memo-
ries. With the Holiday behind us now, that means only one thing. IT'S THE
SNOMADS ANNUAL CAMPOUT / ATV RIDE / CHILLI COOKOFF / General
Membership Meeting and EUKER TOURNAMENT. This event will begin
July 29th thru August 2nd with the General Membership Meeting on Au-
gust 1st at 5:00 pm. We will begin the picnic / chili cookoff at 6:00pm.
The reason for the late dinner is to allow time for the ATV riders to get
back and get cleaned up. We have moved the location from Groveling
Oaks County Park to Wolverine’s Sturgeon Valley Campground. If you
would like to attend the campout and ATV ride, please call, and reserve
your campsite. We only have a couple left with our name on them.
This year’s General Membership Meeting will offer some positions
we will be voting on. The President’s position along with one Trustee
position. We also had a trustee step down, so we will be looking for
someone to fill the last year of his term. The Vice President position is
also available, if you are a past board member and would be interested in
this position, please contact the board. I would like to take a minute to
thank Mr. Chuck Comstock for his MANY years of service, and devotion
to our club. His wisdom and knowledge of the sport goes without saying.
He has held, I believe, every position of the board and is one of my go to
gurus!!! THANK YOU, CHUCK, FOR YOUR TIME!!! Enjoy the slower pace
and enjoy the rides without worry.

I would also like to thank everyone that took the time to fill out and
return the questionnaire we sent out earlier this year. We reviewed the
replies and have made some modifications to the upcoming event.
