Novi Show Support

The Novi Snowmobile show is drawing near, as booth coordinator I am calling
all members to help out this year if you are able.
The objective of manning the booth is to pitch the club.
SPECIAL NOTE: We will not be selling tail permits this year.

Volunteers will need to put on their best SALESMAN/SALESWOMAN hat and
sell, sell, sell (The Club!)!

Anyone volunteering to work the show will receive free access to the show
either before or after your shift.

Rules of Engagement:
The board lists the following rules for all volunteers:
1. Arrive 10 minutes before your assigned shift.
2. Call or text my personal cell phone and a runner will come out and let you
in: 989-202-5755. Do not try to gain access to the show by any other means.
3. Work your entire assigned shift. I will work with you to assign a shift that
works for you / around your schedule.
4. During your shift I expect you to be fully engaged in selling the club.
5. Once your shift is done you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the show.
6. If you are not assigned to work a shift you will not be let into the show for
free unless prior arrangements are cleared by Merle Fitch Jr.

wishes in writing.
Send me the day(s) you want to work and your available time(s). I WILL RE-
PLY! If you do not get a reply - assume I did not get your request. Resend.
Shifts will be scheduled from 3-4 hours depending on the # of warm bodies I
end up with.
