Summer 2013 – Presidents Message
Even though the calendar says July, it is time for the SnomadS to start thinking of the upcoming season.
The Board of Directors held their first meeting of the season on June 19th. At that meeting we finalized the absentee balloting. We made plans for the locations of the General Membership Meeting and the Season Kick Off Party.
We are also excited to be hosting a weekend campout this year in lieu of the Annual Picnic. For those not able to camp for the weekend, there will be a pot luck dinner/campfire beginning Saturday afternoon at 4pm. See the ad on pg. 7 of the Summer Snomad for more info.
We discussed plans to streamline the trail permit sales process. We are also very excited to have the opportunity to dress up our booth at the Novi Show. We will be using a nationally renowned set decorator to assist us with the booth set up. We will be emphasizing the promotion of the Club this year at the show.

At this time, we are assembling the ride schedule for the 2013/2014 season. If you have an area that you’d like to see us ride from, please contact a Board member. We are always looking for coordinators or new places to ride from.
As you can see, the Board has hit the ground running to insure that you the members have an enjoyable season with many opportunities to get together.
