Hello everyone, it's been a Cold and Rainy Monday as I am writing this,
but we had a GREAT weekend. The sun was out, and the temps were
decent, so Julie and I decided to winterize our camper since I’m not going
hunting this year. October has gotten away from me, I wanted to go up
and try my new Crossbow. Colors are starting to change around here,
and if anyone follows Mr. Ron Schroeder on Facebook, he has posted
some AMAZING pictures from his office window, and from of his ATV
rides. Well the days are getting shorter, and the nights are getting cold-
er, we have had frost on the pumpkin a couple times now. With all this
happening, you know what that means...… SNOW IS COMING!!!!
I would like to thank Chad Tremble and Jan Paris for all their hard work
in making this year’s snow show a success!! I would also like to an-
nounce that Al Cumph has continued to stay on as our Advertising Chair,
so please thank him for his continued volunteerism of this position. I
would also like to announce that David Gabriel has continued to be our
Charity Chair, so please thank him for his continued volunteerism. These
are two difficult positions to take on, and I appreciate their help!! I
would like to thanks to Brian Wright as well for taking on the Snomad
until we find a permanent editor. I would also like to congratulate our
very own John Newman, who was voted in as Vice President of MISORVA
this past Saturday.
As many of you know, this Saturday is our kickoff party so, PLEASE send
in your R.S.V.P. for our K.O.P. As most of you know we had a roller coast-
er of a time with the printed trail permits, and because of this, we will
not be able to sell them at the kickoff party as originally planned. We
were not able to obtain a dealer license with the Michigan Snowmobile &
Orv Association. Permits may be purchased at your local dealer or can be
bought online from the Michigan Snowmobile & Orv Association.
