Re: Old fuel in your sled
This is the exact reason why I only run premium. For the most part when you buy 92+ it is ethanol free. Regardless of what I ride - be it my sled in the winter or any one of my summer toys, it drinks from the rich pump and I have never had any fuel related problems - ever. So it costs a few more cen...

Re: WANTED: Polaris X12 rails or skid
replacing the rail is the easy part, getting the rear suspension out from under the sled is the hassle. once out, lay the suspension on its side with the bad rail up, remove bolts, lift off, set new in place and rebolt. where u working on it? Up here in Houghton Lake?

Re: WANTED: Polaris X12 rails or skid
The bolt holes where the front stabilizer connects to the rails got a bit worn out. That large hole should only be like a 3/8ths bolt hole.

Re: Starter Motor
"...just be aware if you have one or two wires going to the positive or negative terminals. If you do then you may need to tie them together somehow..." Don't tie the red and black together. Just to be clear - if you have 2 red wires running to the battery it means that the red wires would...

Re: Starter Motor
Remove the starter motor and shaft, don't wrap the leads, remove the starter motor wires as well. One will go to ground (Unless it gets ground via the connection to the engine) and the positive lead will go to a relay. Hold on to them in case you ever decide the rip cord is for the birds. As for the...

96 Polaris Skis
I am in need of a pair of skis that will fit onto my 1996 Polaris Indy Touring. I am not necessarily looking for exact replacements and used would work fine as well.
I just need a pair of skis that will fit in place of the originals.
Please reply or call me. 248-889-1010
Thanks! Chad
